This section is for anyone who writes us with a thank you or praise - we work
very hard to make your horses travel the best experience possible and we
appreciate hearing from their owners! We are thankful for being
appreciated! Feel free to include a photo of your horse(s) we transported!
Looking forward to making your horses next trip a safe and pleasant one!

First of all, I must
apologize for not sending this letter sooner as I should have.
You came through with your promise of getting my baby home, and I did not
by sending this letter so late. I was hoping to include a picture of my
horse, London.
If you are considering
Transportation for your horse then you are in
the right place! I guarantee that you will not be disappointed, as
the service is superb in every respect of the word. Here is my
story, and it is long, but it is worth it.
Here goes:
I live in El Paso,
Texas, and I purchased my horse, London, in California. Once I wired
the seller the money, she contacted me and told me that she had a
transporter in her yard that was taking another horse to New Mexico.
The transporter stated that he could continue and deliver my horse to me
by Thursday, March 30, 2006. I eagerly agreed, as I wanted my new baby
home, and didn't think twice, as the seller stated he was a very nice
guy, blah blah blah.
Come Thursday night
and no horse. I called the seller, no response. I called the
transporter; one number had been disconnected, and the other was to his
house, which of course, did me no good, since he wasn't even there. By
the time I got a hold of the seller, she told me that the transporter
had gotten trampled by another horse prior to picking up my horse, and
had probably gone to the hospital. So where was my horse? To make a
long story short, I find out that my horse was at the transporters ranch
in New Mexico..... sitting there, waiting to come home. I finally got
in touch with the transporters son, and he explained to me that the
transporter was in the hospital, that I would get my horse POSSIBLY on
Tuesday (April 4th) since they could not find anyone to transport my
horse before that. Frustrated, I agreed. Well, here comes Tuesday, and
I received a phone call late Tuesday from the transporter's wife stating
that my horse will NOT be coming in and that they would get him to me
possible by Thursday, MAYBE Friday, MAYBE Saturday. I was appalled! I
was very upset and told her that I was going to find another transporter
to get my horse home. This was ridiculous! By this time I was already
talking to the transporter, and when I told him about getting someone
else he replied by stating that it was not his fault that he got
trampled on by a horse. I agreed, but I replied that if he knew that he
was not going to be able to do the job, then he should have never picked
my horse up in the first place.
I then went to the
website and put in all my information,
including "ASAP" for when I wanted my horse home. By then I was so fed
up with the first transporter that I didn't care if it took a few more
days to get my horse, as long as he wasn't with the first transporter
any more. Well, here is where my knight in shining armor came into my
world. Within FIVE minutes of placing my request on internet, Susan
called me up. FIVE minutes.....you can't ask for a quicker response.
Her first few words included "How does Wednesday sound?" That was the
next day!!! We worked out the numbers, she sent me a contract, I paid,
and everything was on the move. I immediately called the first
transporter and told him that a transport provider was on the way to pick London up.
Things got VERY nasty at that point, and this transporter got ugly and
stated that he needed to get paid for getting my horse to his ranch and
that my horse had no papers and that he was illegally transporting my
horse through state lines as a favor to the seller. I was in shock, but
extremely angry. He then proceeded to accuse me of knowing that my
horse was illegal and that I would see him in court because I did not
agree to pay for his transport to HIS ranch. He also stated that he
would not let the new transport provider onto his property, and that my horse would be stuck
there forever. When I told him I would report my horse stolen, he
proceeded to cuss me out.
By this time, I was so
upset, I called Susan, figuring that I would have to cancel this whole
deal and be without a horse and money. I figured Susan would just say
"Well that's not MY problem" like so many other people do. Well, she
didn't. Susan stepped up to the plate without a moment's hesitation and
told me "Don't you worry, we'll get your boy home". I was in tears when
this woman said those words, as I never figured that someone who did not
know me would stand up for me and help me the way she did. Susan still
sent the trailer over to the first transporters ranch, but in the
meantime, she found me a vet that would be able to do coggins within
that day and send him home. She did all the arrangements, inlcuding
talking to the first transporter and agreeing on a price for his
transport. Though we both agreed that he did not deserve one dime,
Susan calmed me down and said it was better to just pay him so I could
get my baby home.
Susan kept in touch
with me the ENTIRE time. She always answered my calls in a timely
fashion (within minutes if she didn't answer), and she would call me to
give me status of where the trailer was. Well, the entire time
the transport provider was picking up my horse, she spoke to me, and we did a little
celebration once I knew that London was on the trailer which then took
the detour to the vet, and SAT there with my horse for three hours while
the vet looked him over and did the tests. By that time it was too late
to continue to El Paso, but I was happy to know that everything was
going the way it should. Come Thursday, April 6, 2006, London arrived
home.................. THANKS to my angel in disguise, Susan.
I am eternally
grateful to her. I know this story
was very long, but if you are serious about who is to transport your
horse, then you should have read through this entire story. She is
extremely friendly, her priority is to get your horse home. To top it all off, she still
called me days after to check on London and see how he was doing! I
welcome you to call me, and I will be more than happy to talk to you
about Susan, and even this other transporter. I have given her
permission to give you my cell number, so PLEASE call me if you have any
doubts, though believe me when I tell you that your search for a
transporter should stop with Susan. I can't say enough good things
about her.
God Bless You (Susan)..............

I highly recommend you for anyone considering transporting a horse. I
have 27 years in the equestrian field with World and National Titles and
I have rarely seen any hauler take the care and concern you took in
transporting my new horse from San Francisco, California to Orlando,
Florida. My horse is a high energy show horse that would have been in
great health danger had you not been his transporter. He arrived safely
and will easily load even after the long haul across the country. You
took extraordinary care of my boy and I am eternally grateful!

ps-great picture of Metro!! he is gorgeous! congrats!

Hi
Susan,
As I'm sure you can imagine I've been busy with my new boy but I
did want to say "thank you very much" for bringing Bellasio to me in such
great condition! He had been through so much in the prior 6 weeks.
Importation from Holland to Los Angeles, delivery to Black Sterling
Friesians in Northern, CA, and then finally to his permanent home here in
Southern, CA.
I'm so glad to have found you and so grateful for the care and concern
you showed for him! Not to mention the fact that with a small window of just
a few days to bring him to his new barn (due to their completed blood work
within 7 days of arrival requirement) you were the only person that gave me
any straight answers. I seemed to get the run around from other haulers I
had spoken to! You kept me informed along the way, he arrived earlier (not
later) than expected AND he looked fabulous! If I should need transport in
the future you will definitely be my first call. And again.... thank you!

Though I haven't used Susan to transport any of my horses, I was
thoroughly impressed with the job that she did transporting a horse that
I had sold to her new home. She went out of her way in order to get
things taken care of for the new owners, and was kind enough to wait
until I was able to make it to the barn to say goodbye to Pretzel before
she headed across country.
Now, when shipping a horse that far, it really does cause a person to
worry more. I felt completely at ease, however, with Susan. She was more than happy to talk to
me throughout the horses trip. She really cared about Pretzel's conditioning. I was kept updated on her
regularly, and Susan even took time to talk to me and ease any concerns
I had. We've become closer than I ever have with a shipper.
For this reason, I actually plan on using her to ship my two young foals
that I'll be getting this summer from California all the way to the East
Coast. I know she cares so much about the horses she transports. I'm recommending her to anybody who has long distance hauls,
and I look forward to having her become part of my equine
family!
Thanks so much!
Valerie

To whom it may concern:
During the month of December 2005 we had
the good fortune of working with Susan. We transported a new horse from Slippery Rock
Pennsylvania to Southern California.
We are very happy to say that Susan was
extremely professional and reliable. Her prices were fair, her
communication and scheduling were excellent, and it became very clear to
us that she really takes care of the horses that are entrusted to her.
Our Appaloosa youth team will be traveling from California to Oklahoma
this summer and we are already scheduling the hauling with Susan.
We would highly recommend Susan to anyone
looking for a professional hauler with a great heart!

Hello Susan,
Thank you so much for bringing my boy to me. I have waited so long for him
and you delivered him to me safe and sound. I was very impressed that, A)
He was not sweating and nervous, B) his eyes were clear and alert and C) He
appeared to be in a good mood. I was also very pleased to see him a day
early. I would transport any and all of my future horse purchases with
you. I know that he had to travel a long way, but he really seemed to have
enjoyed the trip. I believe that a good trip will settle the horse into his
new home with a minimum of stress. By the way, Halo is doing very well. I
love him soooooooo much it's ridiculous!!
Thank you Susan for all that you have done for me!
I will recommend you to everyone I know.
p.s. I may be needing another transport
Thank you again,

Oh Susan,
Thanks so much for the great laugh at your e-mail. I can only
imagine how tired you must be at 2:47 am. Well, I just wanted
to take a second to thank you for the great care you gave to my
horses when you managed transportation to get them to me. Please feel free to use
me for a reference ANY TIME. Not many people do really "do"
what they say. Many will make promises to take good care of
your horses but you were the "only" one who really,
really treated them as if they were "your" own horses.
Thank you again I so appreciate everything you've done for me.

I meet Susan completely by accident. I took a leap of faith and
purchased a mare from out of state. I had never purchased a horse
from out of state, nor used a horse transport service. I got the
seller to just "pick one" as if she felt comfortable with the
hauler, I would too. Nothing would be further from the truth. As
the time for transport came and passed and a last minute change of
hauler, I was unsure if there even was a horse or a hauler. On top
of that, the mobile number for the hauler I was given was a wrong
number. Two days into the transport with me uncertain of everything
at this point, I got a phone call from a wonderful woman named
Susan.
She told me she was on her way and that my new mare was a pretty
little thing and was quite a lady. The number I had from the seller
was simply incorrect. There was a horse and there was a hauler: an
angel named Susan. From that point on, we stayed in constant
contact and my first horse arrived safe and sound.
Well, there was no one in the world I would trust with the next
horse I bought but Susan. This time my second horse arrived ahead
of schedule as Silver Charm showed up at my front door a
day earlier than expected. I was so happy to see my new girl
staring at me out of the trailer window in my own driveway!
As things go in the horse world, there was another horse transported
for me about a month later and hopefully at least two more I am
hoping to get. All three of my horses were delivered in perfect
shape, some with traveling partners and some without. You could not
even tell they had such a long way to get to my door. (Muffey from
Texas, Toys Silver Charm from Kansas, and Big Tom from Ohio.) There
is no better care taken than what my three new horses received on
their way to me. I would highly recommend Susan to haul any horse
for any distance without any reservation and she will be called for
ALL my hauling needs in the future!

We wanted to thank you for such a
wonderful service and also to let you know that we received super service and our new mare
arrived safe and without stress from NY to NC. The driver was very
knowledgeable and a caring horseperson not too mention provided
excellent attention to our pregnant girl. It was wonderful dealing
with her and would recommend her to anyone considering a long
hauling service.
Thank you once again for a great service

Dear Susan,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you once again ~ not just
for your excellent service
of delivering Maxx safe and sound to Cornell ~ but, for your
kindness, consideration and
most of all "your loving attitude towards 'our horse'!
It came as quite a surprise that you treated him as if he was
your own. That just doesn't happen anymore these days ... not even for an
'extra fee'. And ... your fee was by no means "extra" ... but about one
third of all quotes received to trailer him to Cornell University!
While I was a total basket case about his journey, which - I
knew - would not bring him back to us, due to his progressive condition ...
all my fears where put on the back burner once you took charge. I knew he couldn't be in
better hands.
Carolyn at Cornell University also mentioned to me that your
delivery of Maxx to Ithaca was executed
with the utmost professionalism and care for the horse.
I would recommend you to anyone who needed a trustworthy
'transporter' and, of course, personally, I would never use anyone else!
Knowing that all horses left in your care will have no
worries ... no matter how far their
journey may take them ... I will forever be thankful that you
have come into our lives.
Good Luck to you Susan!!! and "God Speed"!!!

Dear Susan,
Thank you for your assistance in getting my mare safely shipped to NC from
NY this winter. Your professionalism, horse knowledge, and enthusiasm to
ensure that my pregnant mare arrived with little stress for the long
duration is greatly appreciated and admired.
I know that my husband had thought of going up there to pick her up; but
after looking at our own costs, hotels and meals and the thought of the
stress of the long drive up and back it was wonderful to have found your
service - there wasn't any deal in our doing it ourselves and we knew that
our new family member was going to be safe and sound in your hands.
Once again, thank you for everything and if we ever need any long distance
hauling again we would contact you first and I would gladly recommend your
services to anyone who is interested in hauling their beloved horse with
you. Please feel free to stop by if you are in our area.

I can definitely recommend
Susan for transporting your horse. When I was
sending my Morgan stallion out to the West Coast from Illinois I was very impressed with
the care provided for the horses, including the stallion I was shipping.
They treated each horse as
though it was their own, and not just a commodity.

Thank you very much for delivering my mare safe and sound? I loved the
way you stayed in touch with me during the journey it made me feel so
much more comfortable while my horse was traveling. The box stall
she was in was just wonderful and I could not be happier with how
relaxed she came off the trailer from the long journey - I expected her
to be wobbly but not even a little I was amazed. She looked really good
when she got here. She seemed like she had a really good trip. I was
very pleased. I would recommend you to anyone and
won't use anyone else for my horse transportation!
Thanks again,
